Shipping Policy

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.

Shipping Days We ship Monday through Friday from Scottsdale, Arizona. Orders will not be dispatched on weekends or federally observed holidays.

Shipping Rates Standard shipping rates apply at checkout. Orders totaling $200 or more qualify for complimentary shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times Delivery timeframes vary based on destination and selected shipping method. Estimated delivery dates are provided at checkout and are not guaranteed. Mavericks of Scottsdale is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

In-Store Pickup Complimentary in-store pickup is available at our Old Town Scottsdale location: 7237 E Main St A, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready. A valid government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation email are required at the time of pickup.

Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at mavericksofscottsdale@gmail.com or 480-707-8883 so we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
