Return & Exchange Policy
At Mavericks of Scottsdale, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below.
Return Window: Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. Requests submitted outside of this window will not be eligible for processing.
Item Condition: Requirements All returned items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Items that have been tried on for fit are acceptable; however, items that show signs of wear will not be accepted. All original tags must be attached and items must be returned in their original packaging, accompanied by proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return: To begin the return process, please contact our customer service team at mavericksofscottsdale@gmail.com. Upon approval, you will receive instructions for shipping your item back to us. Please note that return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Approved returns should be directed to: Mavericks of Scottsdale, 7237 E Main St A, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
Refunds & Exchanges: Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item, our team will notify you of the approval status. Approved returns will be processed as a refund to the original payment method or as an exchange, based on your preference.
Sale Items: All sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds. Size-based exchanges on sale items may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to inventory availability. Please contact us directly to inquire.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: We ask that all customers inspect their orders immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us promptly at mavericksofscottsdale@gmail.com so that we may resolve the issue in a timely manner.
