Online Purchase Policy
This policy applies exclusively to purchases made through our online store. For in-store purchases, please speak with a team member at our Old Town Scottsdale location.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, from Scottsdale, Arizona. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day. Complimentary shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders of $200 or more. Once your order has shipped, a confirmation email with tracking information will be provided. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update. Mavericks of Scottsdale is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has been dispatched.
In-Store Pickup
Complimentary in-store pickup is available at 7237 E Main St A, Scottsdale, AZ 85251. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for collection. A valid government-issued photo ID and your order confirmation email are required at the time of pickup.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date. Eligible items may be returned for a full refund or exchanged at the customer's preference. To qualify, items must be unworn, unaltered, and free of any visible signs of use or odor, with all original tags attached. All returned items are subject to a quality inspection prior to the processing of any refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Sale Items
All discounted and sale items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds. Size-based exchanges on sale items may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to inventory availability and quality inspection.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom orders, personalized items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
How to Initiate a Return
- Reply to your order confirmation email identifying the item(s) you wish to return and your reason for the return.
- Ship your item(s) to: Mavericks of Scottsdale, 7237 E Main Street, Unit A, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
- Upon receipt and inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.
